Except I found much of your artistic critique COMPLETELY valid, Kerem! It's not my best piece at all. It's pretty, sure, and may be realistic-looking as well. But it's not a demonstration of the mastery of my techniques and tools, and that's what art is - the progression towards mastery. Otherwise it's just a picture! In all mediums, there is artistry and there is mediocrity, and of course, there is garbage. This one is mediocre at best, which makes me sad because I wanted to do a good Forest Path for so long but happy because I can still do one! A BETTER one, too. Take care, buddy. All is forgiven.
